We fully appreciate the importance of pre & post sale support and to this end employ over fifty highly qualified & factory trained engineers utilising the latest digital test equipment and operating from a fully equipped, modern workshop. They have in excess of ten million shillings of spares at their disposal.
Our Service Engineers undergo rigorous training both locally and overseas and are comparable to factory employed engineers (but at a fraction of the price).
Teams of engineers are constantly on the ground providing preventative & curative services in key regions i.e. Central, Western & Coast regions and these teams are further complimented by Satellite Offices in Mombasa and Western Region.
